A few of you may have heard of a game called MySims. No, it has almost no relation to the popular series of games, but is infact a children's game, designed to promote creativity.
The series featured cute characters that you could talk to and complete quests for. Each game in the series had a different setup and entirely different gameplay from the last.

I begin my tale about the first in the series.
Basic MySims, just MySims, no subtitle or anything, that's it.

I first began to play MySims a few years ago on the Nintendo Wii. I enjoyed the game greatly, it was rather unique, an unusual move by a company like EA. I fell in love with it quickly, and gained a five-star town after many hours of grinding to complete quests given to me by my carefully chosen villagers. The game easily became one of my favourites, but after I finished my town, I began to lose interest in it.

A couple of moths after I stopped playing, I wanted to visit my town again, just for a tiny bit of nostalgia, however, I quickly remembered I had sold my console to a neighbour who moved away shortly after. I still had the disk, but it was of little use, sitting in a corner, slowly gathering dust.

After a little research I discovered that the game was available for PCs and bought a copy, as they were rather cheap. The game arrived later that week in a brand new, shiny, unwrapped box. I quickly opened it, and placed the disk inside my laptop. The game began to install moments later, and in the time it took to make a cup of tea, it was ready. I sat down at my desk, selected new game, watched the opening cutscene and created my sim. When that was over, I arrived at the train station and like usual was greeted by the mayor. Like normal, I was lead to the town hall, filled in the paperwork, built my house, and accepted my first quest, just like normal.

I like the villagers who start in the default town, and went to visit them. Upon arriving at Patrick's house, I was surprised to find that there was no door. I went to the house editing screen and placed a door on, but upon exiting, it was no longer there. I frowned, and became concerned I had a glitched game, so I went to check up on Violet. Just like Patrick's house, her house lacked a door. Becoming increasingly worried, I began to check around the town for either of these villagers. I knew that if I couldn't find them, I could surely try to kick them out of the town, and then invite them back and hope for the best.

Neither of them could be located.

Letting out a deep sigh, I travelled to Patrick's house to kick him out. However, he didn't turn up. My sim stood staring at the spot they were supposed to appear, and right before the 'conversation' ended I heard a faint laughter. It was quiet, and as soon as I was allowed to move away from that spot, I began to search for the source, but with no luck. Frustrated, I went to vent my anger on the local thorn tree I knew resided behind the player's house.

Upon locating it, I chopped it down, the wood was always useful. I stamped on the stump, and the patch was clear. Being fed up with the events that had happened that day, I saved, turned my computer off and went to bed.

I woke up sometime after 3 AM. I remembered having a nightmare, but I didn't know what it was about. With a sigh and a lack of anything else to do, I opened my laptop and began MySims.

When I entered my town, it was night. I don't think I'd ever entered my game at night before, it always seemed to begin at dawn. With a smile, I went to the small garden behind my character's house to plant some thorns that I had obtained when chopping down the thorn tree yesterday.

When I saw the garden, I stopped.

A small sapling was growing in the spot I had chopped the thorn tree down. And next to it sat a figure with tiny white ears on her head, swept back pinky-purple hair and a white dress that was adorned with a necklace the had a shimmering blue 9 attached to it. Her skin was tanned, and her smile had small fangs, but her eyes glittered a dead, empty white. What worried me the most was the fact that she was partially transparent, giving her the look of a ghost. As I slowly approached, her character disappeared.

I immediately opened a browser and entered some vague term about ghost girls in MySims, a what surprised me the most is that I was met with an article from the MySims wiki about her.

Her name was Cassandra.

The article stated that she could be summoned by seances caused by spooky townspeople like Violet. Despite reading the article twice, I couldn't seem to find any background information, which worried me, but at least she was programmed in. That lone fact gave me a tiny bit of solace.

With a sigh of relief I bought up the game, and screamed. Cassandra's face was directly infront of the camera and her laugh repeated on a loop, before suddenly disappearing. My character stood within the thorn tree, engulfed by it's screaming face, and I helplessly watched as it disappeared.

A lone flower appeared on the tree, it's petals the same shade of blue as my character's eyes had once been.

After a moment of silence, a text box appeared from Cassandra.

'Thank you.'

After I clicked through that, another box appeared in the middle of the screen, similar to when you receive decoratives and outfits from people. The box read;

'Cassandra has given you a gravestone decorative! Now you can commemorate the dead!'

And with that, I was sent to the new character screen.
This is the first full length creepypasta I've written. I know it's not what anyone's used to from this account, but I kinda like it, and it'll probably get a sequel, since I plan on making something for every day leading up to Halloween.

Fun facts about this story!
I've actually had a glitch where there are no doors and where the thorn tree keeps regrowing. The thorn tree is something that can be dealt with, though it's annoying when it overwrites full-grown trees. The door bug is impossible to progress past though. And Cassandra's real!-mysims.wikia.com/wiki/Cassandr… (Although I just got my character to dress up for a screen shot)

Omg Cassandra does some weird shit, like this one time I caught here thingking about Gordon's faces being X'd out which is weird because I've seen sims thinking about how they hate a type like cute or spooky, but never a specific sim! And the fact that the person doing it was HER of all people scared me
